Portland-Troutdale Airport, Airport Master Plan Update

Century West was the lead airport planning consultant on a multi-consultant team that conducted a major update of the airport’s 1988 master plan for the Port of Portland. The primary issues addressed in the plan included evaluating airfield pavement needs and priorities, hangar development, increased business related aviation development needs, and development of adjacent industrial lands. Century West’s involvement in the project included primary responsibility for developing new aviation activity forecasts, airport facility requirements analyses, formulation and evaluation of airport development alternatives and preparation of the airport’s 20–year capital improvement program (CIP).
