BUSINESS HISTORY 
Samantha’s experience in the aviation industry includes specializing in airport planning, operations, and management. In her role as an airport planner, Samantha prepares airport master plans, airport layout plans, and assists in project design and environmental assessments. Her other duties include assisting airport sponsors with their Disadvantaged Business Enterprises program and goal, and completing state and federal grant applications. In her spare time, Samantha teaches airport planning and design at Central Washington University. Samantha is also a licensed pilot, and she and her husband own a VM-1 Esqual aircraft.
