BUSINESS HISTORY 
Mike is a community planner with a diverse skill set in aviation and urban planning. He provides the knowledge, skills, and experience to facilitate a collaborative planning and development process that generates ideas, examines solutions, and builds consensus over the course of a project. Mike has worked as a consulting aviation planner in the Northwest Mountain Region since 2003 and has proven his ability to successfully address a wide variety of planning and development projects. Mike is also a commercially rated pilot with seaplane, tail wheel, and multi-engine endorsements/ratings. On the weekends, Mike keeps his flying skills sharp by hauling skydivers.

- What’s the best place to be when you aren’t working? Outdoors: flying, hiking, camping, backpacking, traveling and exploring new places in a VW van.

- What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives? Travel solo to a country where you do not speak the language.
- What is your favorite food? Indian food… curry and naan, please!
