BUSINESS HISTORY 
Tom is civil engineer and project manager with interest in sustainable water resource development, particularly in engineering designs that showcase the cost effectiveness of sustainable design. Tom is responsible for the development and delivery of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates as well as construction administration. He also performs project planning and alternatives analyses for a variety of municipal and aviation projects.
