Century West Engineering—a premier Pacific Northwest civil engineering firm—has an exciting opportunity for a client-focused Senior Project Manager to join our Puget Sound team. With your 10+ years of experience, preferably spent working with clients in the Puget Sound region, you will work with our leadership team to identify and lead business development opportunities with new and existing Century West clients. We will support you in building a local team to manage and design local public infrastructure projects with a particular focus on transportation, utilities, and recreational facilities. Pay Range: $115,000 to $180,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and leading business development opportunities with new clients
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients to pursue future opportunities
  • Managing project teams including in-house staff and subconsultants
  • Leading the development of plans and specifications
  • Completing QA/QC of deliverables
  • Representing Century West at appropriate conferences and other professional events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or appropriate discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington or ability to apply for reciprocity
  • Experience and knowledge of transportation, utility, and/or recreational facility design projects
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
