Emergency Water Line Replacement

Century West is the on-call engineer for the District. Severe winter weather in January 2017 caused multiple water mains in Pinehurst to freeze and become damaged, resulting in widespread water outages. Century West conducted an analysis of the system and helped the District to secure emergency funding from the Idaho Department of Commerce and USDA-RD. Working with the funding agencies, Century West prepared design drawings and contract documents to replace the damaged water lines, and provided construction management for the repairs.
