BUSINESS HISTORY 
Alec has an extensive background in construction inspection, document management, and engineering design. He has been involved with inspection on several high profile projects. He is a licensed Oregon Department of Transportation inspector with Americans with Disabilities Act compliance training and has experience working on large development projects. His responsibilities include performing office engineering analysis and design for a variety of municipal transportation and aviation projects. In addition, he assists with plan sets, cost estimates, and specifications. Alec is also a part of our statewide pavement maintenance program team, performing inspections, design, and construction observation of crack seal and seal coat projects.
