BUSINESS HISTORY 
Elizabeth performs office engineering analysis and design for a variety of municipal transportation and aviation projects. In addition, she assists with plan sets, cost estimates, and specifications. Elizabeth has approved construction submittals, written change orders, and prepared project closeout reports. Elizabeth is proficient in Autocad and Civil 3D.
