BUSINESS HISTORY 
Kurt is an experienced project manager and licensed professional civil engineer with more than 25 years of airport and transportation project experience. Kurt’s background includes 15 years designing and managing airport master planning, development, and survey projects, and eight years as a construction engineer with civil transportation contractors. Kurt is experienced in managing all project phases and has been involved in airport projects throughout the FAA Northwest Mountain Region. Kurt has extensive experience with regional general aviation airports, performing AGIS surveys, leading master plans, evaluating planning concepts, developing program recommendations, and designing and implementing improvements. Kurt’s attention to detail and thorough project management skills has assisted numerous airport clients better define and implement their capital programs, leading to successful, recognized, and award winning projects.
