BUSINESS HISTORY 
Matt has nearly 20 years of experience providing professional engineering design and management services in the areas of transportation, sanitary sewers, stormwater sewers, combined sewers, water systems, grant writing, and construction management. Matt manages multiple projects for Century West and provides engineering consulting services including utility rate analysis, system modeling, grant writing services, and capital improvement services to several small municipal clients. Matt has also provided full construction management services for projects including reimbursement requests, funding agency coordination, managing multiple funding sources for a single project, managing construction inspection services, and contractor coordination and administration.
