BUSINESS HISTORY 
Paige is a University of Portland alum with 8 years of experience in site development consulting engineering. Much of those efforts include the associated local agency street, stormwater, utility improvements. As a municipal Project Manager for Century West, Paige is responsible for project planning, design services and calculations, and construction administration.
