BUSINESS HISTORY 
Rick is a civil designer with experience in a broad range of civil engineering disciplines involving municipality/Department of Transportation design, commercial/residential development, agriculture irrigation, and water resources. He has been a key player on teams for plan development, permitting, and project management. Rick has been a member of the Central Oregon engineering community for more than 20 years.
FUN FACTS
- Who is your favorite author? Hmmm….I guess I like classic authors that tell stories that remind me of being a kid: Mark Twain, Walt Morey, Wilson Rawls, etc. I do love modern literature too, though. My favorite book is “The River Why” by David James Duncan. If you fish and haven’t read this, you need to!
- Who is your favorite musician? My tastes in music are crazy. I might have a playlist that contains Sam Hunt, Frank Sinatra, Sia, Eminem, and the Foo Fighters. Currently though, I’m pretty stuck on Chet Faker, Tash Sultana, The Weeknd, Jason Aldean, and Post Malone.
