BUSINESS HISTORY 
Tracy brings 4 years of experience in land development and municipal work. From 1000 lot subdivisions to single-family homes, he has an attention for detail and communication with clients. This experience has provided exposure to a wide range of task including stormwater quality analysis, grading design and utility layout. His responsibilities include performing engineering analysis and design for a variety of municipal transportation and aviation projects. In addition, he assists with plan sets, cost estimates, and specifications. Tracy is a certified erosion and sediment control lead, as well as an licensed ADA ramp inspector.

- What’s the best place to be when you aren’t working? Out in the middle of nowhere with my wife, dog, and a good beer.
- What skill would you like to master? Rock Climbing
- What fictional place would you most like to go? Hogwarts!
- What is your favorite food? Mexican and Japanese. Well really, all food is my favorite.
