Matthew Tipton, PE has 15 years of experience working in public works as a construction inspector, capital infrastructure project manager, and construction manager. He has worked on all aspects of municipal engineering with a focus on ADA and multi-modal transportation. While at the City of Lake Oswego, he managed several special projects including a city park, vehicle/pedestrian railroad crossing upgrades, construction of a new timber pedestrian bridge in Tryon Creek State Park, and rockfall and landslide mitigation.
Matt is working in our Portland office as he prepares to transition to Bend. Matt has two Chihuahuas and is an avid motorcycle commuter. When not at work, he can be found out in the mountains.
