Celeste is based in Boise, ID. With a career of 30 years in the Aviation Engineering industry, Celeste has extensive experience at both air-carrier and general aviation airports. Her expertise includes airfield design, NAVAIDS design, grant procurement, construction services, and 20 years of project management.

A highlight of Celeste's career was her involvement with the Williston Basin International Airport (XWA). She was a member of the program management team, overseeing the design and construction of this new 1,600-acre greenfield airport. Celeste effectively managed over 25 individual design and construction projects as the design and schedule manager for XWA. Her responsibilities also covered the procurement, installation, and flight check of NAVAIDS, ensuring their seamless commissioning. The project was the fastest commercial service airport to be relocated since WW II with a design and construction cost of $270M. Project challenges included extremely short construction seasons, record cold winter temperatures, and managing multiple engineering and construction firms operating concurrently.

At Century West, Celeste continues to leverage her vast knowledge and experience, focusing her energies on airport projects and ensuring their success from inception to completion.
