BUSINESS HISTORY 
Bailey's role as Project Coordinator provides direct support for HR, Marketing, Accounting, and Project Management at Century West. She graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration, where she served as administrative support for the university's capital project management team for the last 5 years before relocating to Portland in early 2023.
FUN FACTS
- What would surprise people about you? My first paid job was cropping tobacco when I was 12. Well, once you hear me talk, it might not be much of a surprise.
- What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives? Camp out on the beach and wake up to a sunrise over the ocean.
- Who is your role model? My grandmother, always. She was the epitome of a strong, Southern woman who didn’t back down from any challenge life threw at her.
- What is your favorite quote? “Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion” – Dolly Parton, Steel Magnolias
- What would you sing at Karaoke night? 90’s country all the way. And some Spice Girls, too
