BUSINESS HISTORY 
Carol has more than 10 years of accounting experience in development, commercial real estate, and private water/wastewater infrastructure industries. Her areas of knowledge and expertise ranges from financial reporting, process improvement, tax administration and audit preparation. She has a BSBA in Accounting from University of Las Vegas Nevada.
