BUSINESS HISTORY 
David is responsible for the project management and administration of all aspects of project execution, keeping team members on task and on schedule, and keeping the client informed and involved in the decision making process. David has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, he has successfully contributed to numerous projects for various entities across San Diego County. Notably, he served as the City Engineer for Liberty Lake, WA where he excelled in Construction Management, plan reviews, and project coordination.
