BUSINESS HISTORY 
David is an aviation civil engineer with six years of design and construction experience. His design experience includes airport projects at Seattle-Tacoma, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City airports. He also brings construction experience during his time with the Federal Aviation Administration on air traffic control tower projects at Tri-Cities, Yakima, and Palm Springs airports. David’s expertise and experience include geometric layout and design of taxiways/taxilanes and runways, grading and drainage design, pavement design, pavement markings, aircraft parking and modelling, ground service equipment layout and modelling, jet blast analysis, and construction phasing.
