BUSINESS HISTORY 
Jack has three years of experience in municipal design and private land development design as a junior civil engineer. His expertise primarily revolves around grading and utility design using Civil 3D. Currently, Jack serves as a Staff Engineer in the Portland office, where his talents are directed towards supporting various municipal projects.
