BUSINESS HISTORY 
In 2019, James completed his studies at Portland State University and went on to work as a Traffic Analyst. In this role, he predicted the future requirements of transportation systems across Oregon and Washington. Now, at Century West, James will use his expertise in municipal transportation planning.
