Jirayr is a seasoned civil engineer, registered in Washington and California, with a lifelong dedication to design and problem-solving. Specialties include site development, sustainable design, low impact development, civil engineering, road and parking design, erosion and sediment control, best management practices, grading and earthwork, constructability review, preliminary site evaluation and development feasibility, construction documents, storm water management, storm water treatment and disposal, wastewater and sewer collection, water distribution, public utilities. He brings his years of experience to the table as a Project Manager in our Spokane office.
