BUSINESS HISTORY 
Matthew has over 15 years of experience while previously working as an engineer for the City of Lake Oswego. Matt performed a wide variety of tasks including construction inspection, project engineering, project management, and most recently construction management. Matthew has worked on all aspects of municipal engineering with a focus on ADA and multi-modal transportation. As a former employee of the City, he has an insider perspective and thorough understanding of how the City operates and its goals for this project.

- What would surprise people about you? I proudly own two chihuahuas.
