On-Call Consulting

Century West provides our comprehensive suite of services to both municipal and aviation clients under on-call contracts. We support our on-call clients with funding applications, funding administration, community and infrastructure planning, development reviews, regulatory agency coordination, and many other activities. Our goal under an on-call agreement is to keep our clients positioned for future projects while we maintain the continuity of existing projects from conception through design and eventual construction. This results in clients who are ready to proceed with a project as funds become available.

Our long-standing collaboration has fostered excellent relationships with Port staff, enabling us to work seamlessly on various projects. These projects have ranged from parking lots to roads and taxiways, showcasing our diverse capabilities. These projects involve pavement rehabilitation, stormwater upgrades, and electrical upgrades.

Port of Bremerton, WA

Century West has been working with the Port of Bremerton since 2012, when we completed their AMP for the Bremerton National Airport. Over the years, we have completed various projects at the airport, including the South Hangar Site Development and Industrial Park Development projects, airfield lighting improvements, obstruction mapping, and ALPs. One of our projects, the Olympic View Industrial Park Development Planning and Section 163 FAA Land-Use Release, involved coordinating with the Port to assess opportunities, create a development plan, and summarize property land-use to facilitate a Section 163 release for non-aeronautical use of the property. Our efforts led to a Section 163 release determination and secured a waiver from NEPA review, which helped expedite the proposed development timeline.

City of Reardan, WA

Since 1991, Century West has provided the Town of Reardan with essential on-call consulting services covering a broad spectrum, including grant writing, transportation, water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, stormwater management, construction management, and agency-required documentation. We've successfully managed projects such as the 2018 Inflow and Infiltration Study, for which we secured a planning grant from the Department of Ecology.
