This project used federal funds to complete a 10-foot-wide pedestrian pathway around the Davenport Sports Complex. The project was funded through the federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funds administered by WSDOT. Century West completed a NEPA Categorical Exclusion form, appropriate Design Approval Documentation, along with a full PS&E package for bidding in accordance with WSDOT Design Manual requirements. Century West also provided construction management and observation with full project documentation in accordance with the WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines Manual (LAG) for compliance with FHWA design and construction documentation requirements.
