Matt’s 14 years of experience providing civil consulting services in both the public and private sector give him a broad range of experience and capability. As a project manager, Matt is recognized for his ability to lead a design team and ensure the client’s needs are met on time and within budget. In addition to a solid understanding of stormwater conveyance, treatment, and computer modeling, Matt also has experience serving as an inspector on pavement rehabilitation projects and has detailed knowledge of the pavement construction process.

Ron has been involved in all phases of projects from preliminary planning, alternatives analysis, and final design through bidding and construction. He has extensive experience in leading and coordinating multi-disciplined consultant teams through complex public projects.

Rawley has 14 years of experience as a consulting engineer and project manager and is responsible for the design, management and construction administration of both public and private sector projects. This experience has provided exposure to a wide range of tasks: from working through the intricacies of stormwater quality and quantity analysis, grading design and utility layout as a design engineer to leading entitlement and permitting efforts for multi-disciplinary consultant teams. Rawley also has extensive experience in the field providing inspection, field design and dispute resolution services. Rawley prides himself on collaborating with clients to understand their needs from concept through completion.

In his position as project engineer, Bryan is responsible for performing engineering analysis and design for a variety of municipal and aviation projects. With eight years experience, Bryan prepares design drawings for grading, paving and drainage projects, and prepares cost estimates and technical specifications for bidding. Bryan also serves as a project resident engineer in the field during construction projects.
